Homeward Bound

Good day TGMWT2010 Readers,

Today was just a travel day. We left Billings about noon after taking a short car tour of the town. Drove through the downtown area. Just a typical, normal, and mundane city.
Drove through Bozeman. Look at their downtown area and the campus of Montana State University. Nice campus. The downtown is a great collection of eateries and coffee shops in older buildings. While downtown we spotted, yes.....

another bison. This is one of our favorites.
Looks soft from a distance, but his fur is small pieces of metal.

We arrived in Helena fairly earlier in the afternoon, so we checked into our hotel, and then drove around town. We also checked out the Cathedral of Saint Helena. Went into the church, and gazed at the beautiful stained glass. The arched ceiling were exquisitely painted. A very handsome church.

That was it for the day. Tomorrow we tour our last state capitol, here in Helena. Then it will be a quick sprint to home.

Til we meet again, I remain, your "homeward bound" correspondent.
